Septic Tank Assessment in Wai and Sinnar

A detailed technical assessment of septic tanks was undertaken for sample households, institutional, community and public toilets in terms of design, construction, influent and effluent wastewater quality and whether the septic tanks have been cleaned or not. The study concludes with various design recommendations that need to be incorporated for well-functioning of a septic tank.
