Information system improvement
Any programme aiming to improve service level will be hampered if deficiencies in information systems are not assessed and corrected. Information system improvement planning has been taken up as an integral part of the performance assessment initiative. CWAS has also identified key processes related to water and sanitation service delivery and reviewed challenges due to the lack of digital processes and periodic updating. There is tremendous scope to improve these key processes to help strengthen institutions.
