Assessing Citizens' Feedback on Municipal Water and Sanitation Services in Mehsana, Gujarat

The study conducted by Urban Management Center (UMC), a PAS Partner, on citizens' feedback on municipal water and sanitation services highlights one of the methods that can enable ULBs to assess the level of satisfaction among citizens. A framework of SLB connect, developed by Water and Sanitation Programme (WSP) was used to assess availability of water, toilet, sewer connection and their usage, along with the quality, reliability and satisfaction levels.
