Shit Flow Diagram Report, Wai

The report describes service outcomes in terms of the flow and fate of excreta produced in Wai, Maharashtra using visual representation tool “Shit Flow Diagram (SFD)”. It includes an assessment of the context in which service delivery takes place and a record of policies, regulations and stakeholders that contribute to the urban sanitation sector in the city. It highlights the improvement in FSSM scenario of the city before and after the implementation of major measures like scheduled desludging model and Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP).
