Framework for City-wide Sanitation Assessment and Planning

The PAS framework focuses on city-wide sanitation assessment using a full-service chain approach. It includes an assessment of all sub-components and their interlinkages: household and community sanitation, wastewater, stormwater and municipal solid waste. This Framework is used for cities to assess their current sanitation situation and to identify improvements. Appropriate indicators and indices for each outcome area are also identified in the Framework.
