Prof. Dinesh Mehta, PAS Project was presented the 2013 IWA Development Award for Research at the 3rd IWA Development Congress in Nairobi. During the event, he delivered the Keynote Speech, which focused on urban development and water and sanitation services in low and middle-income countries.
