Performance Assessment System for Urban Water Supply and Sanitation

The PAS Project completes a decade long journey in 2018. The project's continuous evolution, its exploration, methodologies of benchmarking and its rootedness/relevance to Indian context have enabled it to provide an array of service delivery measures for over 900+ cities in India. This summary paper documents the outcomes and achievements of PAS. It also identifies lessons learnt and suggests the way forward to ensure sustainability and further strengthening the use of PAS data and resources by stakeholders.
