Performance Measurement Framework for Urban Water and Sanitation
May 2010This report describes the approach followed in developing the Performance Measurement Framework under PAS Project. It details the key indicators developed for performance measurement along with the information on reliability assessment of key performance indicators. The report has two volumes. Volume one provides the information on the approach and framework. Volume two provides list of indicators and reliability assessment.
