National Workshop on Service Level Benchmarking for Urban Sanitation Services with focus on FSSM

CEPT, in partnership with NIUA and AIILSG organized a workshop on the 25th of April, 2018 on Service Level Benchmarking (SLB) for Urban Sanitation Services with focus on FSSM and to discuss making a pitch to the 15th Finance Commission. The SLBs have been a part of the conditions stipulated by the 13th Finance Commission and the 14th Finance Commission for performance grants to Urban Local Bodies. The 15th FC's terms of reference also mention measurable performance-based incentives. In this context, the workshop was held with stakeholders from states across India.
