Tariff Setting Model assists ULBs to determine water tariff levels that can cover operation and maintenance (O&M) costs. It also facilitates determination of tariff for full cost recovery (O&M plus repayment of capital and interest). It enables users to choose from among various types of tariffs (volumetric/fixed), lifeline tariffs, cross-subsidisation and connection coverage.
