Workshop on water conservation through rainwater harvesting and ground water recharge: Establishing urban planning linkages

A training workshop was organized on "Water conservation through Rainwater harvesting (RWH) and Ground water recharge (GWR): Establishing urban planning Linkages” in partnership with the Anjar Area Development Authority (AADA) . This workshop aimed to build awareness among engineers, builders, and architects about the importance of water security, showcase various approaches and good practices for water conservation initiatives, provide an understanding of local geohydrological scenarios and potential options for scaling up RWH/GWR at the city level in Anjar and Gandhidham.
