Equity in Service Delivery in Gujarat and Maharashtra - Results from Household Survey

The PAS Project has undertaken household surveys to assess water and sanitation service performance. The survey of 15,000 households in Gujarat and Maharashtra focused on access and coverage, levels and quality of service, and consumer grievance redressal. Survey analysis was done for four categories of cities: large corporations, small corporations, Class 'A' towns and small towns, and slum and non-slum households.
