Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC): Slum Networking Project

In 1995, AMC initiated Slum Networking Project (SNP), a unique partnership between AMC and Non-Governmental Organizations. The SNP aims to provide basic infrastructure services at household and slum level in an affordable and sustainable way. Today, it is cited as an example of strong partnership among various stakeholders of civil society.
