Shubhika has been associated with CWAS since 2026. At CWAS, she contributes to research and projects focused on urban infrastructure, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). She previously worked on urban heat mitigation initiatives. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from MITS Gwalior and a Master's degree in Urban Infrastructure from CEPT University, with a specialization in the WASH sector.
