Divyang has been asssociated with CWAS since 2026. With a background in Architecture and Urban Planning, he specialises in urban infrastructure, particularly Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). He previously worked on flood risk management. His research interests focus on the resilience of urban infrastructure services.
