SaniTab as a monitoring tool

SaniTab, primarily a data collection tool developed by CWAS, was used for sanitation surveys at the household level. Highly customizable and easy to use, SaniTab provides a quick analysis of surveyed data. Cities have used this app for generating baseline information for planning and monitoring ODF and FSM activities. Owing to this tool’s customizable nature, SaniTab is now also being used for monitoring the desludging operations being carried out in cities of Maharashtra. This slide deck delves deeper into the evolution of SaniTab from a data collection tool to a monitoring tool. It also covers the unique features of SaniTab as a monitoring tool aimed at a range of users and how it can be adapted easily to various city sanitation situations.
