The IWA Specialist Group on Benchmarking and Performance Assessment (BPA) organized its biennial conference on 7-8 November 2023 to discuss the latest developments and projects from around the world. Dr. Meera Mehta spoke about experiences from the PAS program with a presentation titled "PAS@15 - Lessons from 15 years of performance assessment of water and sanitation services across 800 cites in India".
