Capacity Building Workshop at Gujarat Urban Development Institute (GUDI)

A three-day training workshop organised by Gujarat Urban Development Institute (GUDI) during 9th to 11th June for the selected 35 officials of Class B cities of Gujarat focusing on Improvement and efficient delivery of services - Service Level Benchmark. CWAS team conducted this training session and shared insights on the importance of SLB and how cities can use it for improving municipal service delivery.
